7. Privacy and Data
FantasyGPT stores limited browser-side chat history in localStorage for client features. Paid tiers may also store conversation content on FantasyGPT servers to support chat continuity and account features. Pro-tier server-side messages are automatically deleted after about 2 hours, while Elite conversation history may be retained longer. 8. Rate Limiting
To ensure fair usage and service availability, we implement tier-based daily and short-window rate limits. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent blocking of access.

Prompts and related request data may be processed by those providers to generate responses. Your use of the service is also subject to the terms and policies of applicable third-party providers.

All content, features, and functionality of FantasyGPT, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of FantasyGPT or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
